Each ETS vehicle is equipped with a global positioning system (GPS) contained within its dispatch operating software solution that allows dispatch to know the exact location of every vehicle and shuttle. Each of the vehicles have either front or side mounted digital route displays to specifically identify the route to be traveled.

Express Transportation Services uses cutting-edge transportation technology for dispatch, payment and metric-tracking. Our dispatch centers use cutting-edge technology to schedule ride reservations, schedule trips, dispatch vehicles and track pick-up and drop-off activities. This advanced system makes trip reporting both accurate and easy.
To meet the needs of riders in an approach that is both convenient and familiar, we use several solution systems for payments and/or reloadable card to deduct credits from a monthly trip allowance or vouchers. This provides authorized riders with reloadable cards that can be swiped to account for each ride. ETS’s system also generates easily accessible and accurate reports.

Account holders can issue and manage physical “City/Company custom Label Cards" and digital versions.
Account and profile management
The system allows for the creation and management of customer profiles and card IDs.
Administrative control
A host system manages all data processing, which includes tracking client and cards transactions, and voucher controls.
Payment/Credit processing
Our main application is used by drivers to process various forms of payments, including deducting reloadable credits from a monthly trip allowance and/or vouchers.
Signature capture
Our system can use a touch screen for signature capture to support payment confirmation or provide proof of service for billing.
