Express Transportation Services (ETS) is a transit service provider with transit management and operating contracts with Private Institutions, Organizations and Government Municipalities.
Historically, ETS has operated programs for Kaiser Permanente, Dvita Kidney Care and other Social Service and Healthcare Programs in the County of Los Angeles and Central Contra Costa County.
