As we hire, we will schedule orientation and training will occur in parallel with the hiring effort to meet the service demand. We have learned from experience that, unfortunately, not all chosen candidates will make it through our training program. If these candidates are qualified for any other positions within our organization, we will make every effort to consider them.

Vehicle Inspections and Preventive Maintenance
The overall goal is to keep our vehicles out of the shop and on the road. Our maintenance plan requires management, trainers and drivers to be trained and accountable for specific roles. Good preventive maintenance results from all staff working together as a team.
ETS makes sure to follow the vehicle and component manufacturer manuals that recommend maintenance practices and instructions for troubleshooting, removal, overhaul, repair, and replacement of components. These manuals are an important part of the vehicle maintenance plan as they define specific maintenance intervals and provide critical information when the work is actually being performed.
We contract with local mechanic shops with ASE-certified staff that keep our fleets in excellent shape for preventative maintenance and repair work, while making sure our dollars are kept local.
